Estes Termos e Condições regulam a prestação de serviços de reparação e manutenção de dispositivos eletrónicos no nosso centro de assistência, que atua de forma totalmente independente.
2. Aviso Legal —
O nosso centro de assistência funciona de forma autónoma e não possui qualquer ligação comercial com fabricantes de equipamentos.
Utilizamos componentes de elevada qualidade, adequados aos modelos que assistimos.
O cliente compreende que a realização de reparações fora dos canais do fabricante pode influenciar eventuais direitos de garantia existentes e aceita prosseguir com o serviço nestas condições.
3. Confidencialidade —
Garantimos a proteção dos dados pessoais dos clientes, bem como das informações armazenadas nos respetivos dispositivos.
Adotamos práticas de segurança para assegurar que nenhuma informação é partilhada com terceiros sem autorização.
II. Service and Warranty Obligations

Our service center is not responsible for personal data stored on the device. We recommend making a full backup before any repair.
Repair time may vary depending on the complexity of the issue and the availability of replacement parts.
5. Services and Pricing
Service prices listed on our website may vary depending on the device model and the type of issue.
The final cost is confirmed after our technician completes the diagnostic process.
6. Repair Warranty
All completed repair work and installed components include a service warranty of 3 to 12 months, depending on the type of service provided.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper handling, exposure to liquids, accidental drops, or other external mechanical impact.
III. Returns and Dispute Resolution Policy
7. Return and Exchange Policy
Refunds may be issued if the issue cannot be resolved after all reasonable repair attempts.
Replacement of installed components is only possible when a clear product defect has been confirmed.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disagreement or conflict will first be addressed through direct communication between both parties.
If an understanding cannot be reached, the matter will be handled by the appropriate court in Portugal.
