  • We provide high-quality replacement components selected to match the technical requirements of your device.
    Repair times usually range from 2 to 6 hours, depending on part availability.
    Most components arrive within 1 to 14 business days.
    A prepayment is required when placing an order for a component, and the exact amount is confirmed in advance with our technician online or by phone

  • Our website displays the most requested repair services with approximate pricing to help you quickly find the information you need.
    Some services are not shown online because they require individual assessment or depend on specific device conditions.

    If you do not find the service you need, our technician can provide a prompt consultation, identify the issue, and recommend the most suitable repair solution

  • If you need a quicker turnaround, we offer a Priority Repair option.
    This option places your request at the front of the queue for an additional 15% of the standard service cost.

    Please note that price adjustments or promotions for regular repairs do not apply to priority services

Glass replacement process

  • Tablet screen restoration requires more precise handling and a longer processing time. For this type of service, we work with trusted specialists who perform professional glass and touchscreen re-lamination.

    To ensure consistent quality, the process usually takes 14–21 days. During the procedure, the device is fully disassembled and the display module is sent to a specialized facility for careful restoration.

  • At the moment, our service does not provide smartphone display re-lamination because we are still preparing the equipment and workspace required for this process. Creating a dedicated facility takes time, and we want to ensure stable quality before offering this service.

    However, we can provide several alternative options:

    • Screen replacement using compatible components
    • Screen replacement through suppliers offering certified-quality parts (estimated delivery: 4–9 business days)
    • Replacement with a used, donor, or refurbished display module
    • Display re-lamination available only upon request (processing time: 14–21 days)

  • Smartwatches use tempered protective glass that breaks into tiny fragments when damaged. If the glass is heavily shattered, the presence of small pieces can increase the risk of affecting the display during removal.

    We always inform clients that small fragments reduce the chances of safe glass removal by approximately 30%.

    If the original display cannot be preserved, we will offer alternative solutions, such as installing a used, donor,

    or new display with an individual discount.

  • Our service center uses repair procedures designed to preserve the device’s sealing as much as possible.
    However, we inform clients that we cannot guarantee full restoration of the original water-resistance level after any repair.
    This is a common limitation across the industry, as opening a device may affect its sealing.

  • Returns for products can be requested within 14 days, as long as the item is unused, in its original condition, and includes all accessories.
    Service returns are possible only if the work has not been completed yet.

    After the 14-day period, only standard warranty support applies in accordance with the service terms.

  • We provide clear and transparent service by documenting visible device conditions before and after the repair whenever this option is requested.
    Please note: our team is not responsible for missing photos or videos if you did not inform us in advance.
    This free optional service is available for all repairs.

  • Replacing the back cover requires full device disassembly, careful cleaning of remaining fragments, and the installation of new sealing materials.
    Although we follow established repair procedures designed to maintain resistance to water and dust, full restoration of the original sealing cannot be guaranteed after this type of repair.
    For the best possible result, we recommend installing a new housing or a donor housing. You may consult our technician or submit a request through our website for assistance in choosing the most suitable option.

  • Our service center provides a warranty for the repair work performed and the parts installed, provided that the following conditions are met:

    • The product must be returned within 14 days from the date of payment, without signs of use or new defects

    • There must be no signs of moisture exposure

    • There must be no indications of repairs performed by other service providers

    • There must be no mechanical damage after the repair (such as cracks, bends, or deep scratches)
